Regardless of the delivery method you choose, we always take responsibility up to the point of delivery, i.e. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.

We currently offer delivery through “courier”, these are door-to-door services.

The delivery address must be a physical address, and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday:

Please note shipping is also FREE for orders above R500.00.

Local delivery refers to properties within a 50km radius of the major cities in South Africa. If your address is not in a "Local area", you are in a reigional and it may take a few days longer but Supribuy will do its best not make sure delivery is timely.

Currently we do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports or harbours, and should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.


When will I get my Awesome Package from Supribuy?

The Supribuy picking, packing and delivery process is connected to what you order, where you want it delivered or collected and how you choose to pay.

So delivery and collection times can vary. Estimates are provided below to help you shop.


Local (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria)  2-5 working days

Remote Area 3-7 working days

Please note the following in relation to Shipping and Delivery times:

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised.

  • For payment made using credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code.
  • For payment made via cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.
  • For cheque deposits, this means once the funds have been cleared, which is usually only 7 days after the deposit.
  • Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
